Exciting story competition: "How I broke my nose"

Today, while at my Family Medicine preceptorship I broke my nose. It was quite spectacular due to the impressive nasal vascular supply, however, the true cause was lame and embarrassing. In search of a better explanation, I decided to post an, "Exciting story competition" on my blog.
